- Management of WHS documentation, inductions, and contractor performance in line with regulatory and project conditions
- Monitoring Compliance & Reporting
- Ongoing ecological monitoring, including floristic composition, canopy cover, and species diversity
- Annual compliance reporting in line with obligations under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016
- Detailed mapping, photographic evidence, and performance tracking for audits and regulatory submissions
- Stewardship & Long-Term Maintenance
- Long-term site maintenance and adaptive management to ensure vegetation meets condition thresholds
- Support with Biodiversity Stewardship Agreements (BSAs) and reporting to the Biodiversity Conservation Trust (BCT)
- Collaboration with landholders, ecologists, and regulators to ensure compliance and ecological success
